Watch the road!

There were cows on the road as we came into Thargomindah.

We stopped for more fuel and a few extra groceries before heading back out of town, toward Yowah. 

The light was fading, so we watched the road carefully. There were more cows, several roos and even corellas on the road at Lake Bindegolly. By the time we reached Blackgate Road, it was dark and there were lots of kangaroos along the way, so we were even more alert.

We reached Louie's shack at around 7:30pm, very pleased to be "home" - still buzzing with the success of our Dig Tree adventure!
