Foiled the flies!

We were a lot smarter preparing dinner on our second night. Yep, we waited till the flies went to bed before we started cooking!

It was a team effort. Erin made coleslaw. I prepared the packet pasta, modifying the liquid content slightly (as I hadn't packed a measuring cup) - while Nick cooked the sausages and onions. We used the thermal cooker again, to finish the pasta and keep the onions hot.  Nobody minded virtually the same menu two nights in a row, which was just as well!

There was dessert both nights.  It wasn't anything fancy but even tinned fruit with UHT custard is well received when the options are limited!
