Cor, look at that!

On the way back to Innamincka we spotted two emu - our first in a long time despite the country being so open. (We had seen cows and horses along the same stretch of road).

A little further along from the emu, there was an unusual dark shape on the road in the distance.

As we drew closer, Nick and I were very surprised to see it was a cormorant!  We certainly hadn't expected to see him/her!
