Homework journal

We traveled during the second-last week of term, so Vaughan had been set some special homework of keeping a journal.

(He read his home reader and practiced his sight words each day too - though sometimes under sufferance)!

Of course, Vaughan's first journal entry was of his "pancake lizard" catch!

As it happened, we caught at least one lizard each day of our holiday. 

Vaughan drew pictures and wrote about all of them - exclusively!

We joked with his teacher that we hadn't done anything else during the time away!
